Using WhatsApp

Step 1: Package your item, parcel, or shipment securely and ensure it is properly sealed.

Step 2: Take a clear photo or video of the full item or parcel — this helps us record the condition and verify contents.

Step 3: Send the picture or video directly to our WhatsApp number: +234 812 823 0145

Step 4: Drop a short description of the item, either in text or a voice note (e.g. “2 phones in a box”, “a pair of shoes”, “10kg load of fabrics”).

Step 5: Tell us the delivery option you prefer:

  • Same Day Delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery.
  • Premium Delivery (Priority & Insured).

Step 6: Provide pickup and delivery addresses, including: Sender’s name and phone number, Receiver’s name and phone number, Full addresses for both ends.

Step 7: We’ll confirm your total delivery cost. Once payment is confirmed, your item is scheduled immediately for pickup or drop-off!

Via Phone Call

If you prefer to speak directly with us, here’s how to book your shipment through a phone call:

Step 1: Call our booking line on: +234 812 823 0145 Let the agent know you’d like to book a shipment.

Step 2: Describe the item or parcel over the phone. Clearly explain:

  • What the item is (e.g., clothing, electronics, fragile item).
  • Approximate weight and size.
  • Whether it's packed and ready for pickup.

Step 3: Choose your preferred delivery option:

  • Same Day Delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery.
  • Premium Delivery (Fast-track + insurance).

Step 4: Provide full pickup and delivery details:

  • Sender’s name, address & phone number
  • Receiver’s name, address & phone number
Make sure the addresses are detailed and accurate to avoid delays.

Step 5: Confirm the delivery fee (as quoted by the agent) and discuss your preferred payment method. We accept transfer, POS, or direct deposit.

Step 6: Once your payment is confirmed and details are recorded, your booking will be created and processed immediately.

Walk-In Booking

Follow this step-by-step guide to book your shipment or parcel at any BrownBox Walk-In Centre.

Step 1: BRING YOUR PACKAGED ITEM.
Ensure your item, parcel, or shipment is properly packaged and sealed. If you're unsure, our staff can assist with packaging guidelines or offer materials where available.

Step 2: ITEM INSPECTION & WEIGHING.
Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it's safe for shipping and then weigh the item on our digital scale. Weight helps us determine the correct delivery category and cost:

  • 0–5kg
  • 6–9kg
  • 10kg and above
  • Bulk shipments

Step 3: DOCUMENTATION.
Our team will take a photo or short video of the item as a visual record before shipping.
You’ll be asked to fill out a shipment booking form including:

  • Sender’s full name, phone number & address.
  • Receiver’s full name, phone number & address.
  • Item description.
  • Item value (for premium protection).

Step 4: CHOOSE A DELIVERY PLAN
Our Delivery options include:

  • Same Day Delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery.
  • Premium Delivery (insured and priority handling).
Our staff can help you choose the most suitable plan.

Step 5: PRICE QUOTE
Based on weight, distance, and delivery speed, you'll receive a transparent quote. We offer some of the most competitive rates in the market.

Step 6: PAYMENT
Payment options include:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • POS (Card).
  • Cash (where accepted).
A payment confirmation will be provided.

Step 7: Booking Confirmation & Tracking
Once payment is confirmed, your item is booked for scheduling. You will receive a shipment receipt and tracking reference number.
